	What are the benefits of Alternative Medicine?
	Both alternative and traditional western medicine have their benefits in treating medical conditions. The advantage of alternative medicine is that it addresses the underlying cause of the condition versus suppressing the symptom, particularly for chronic health concerns. It is a holistic way of viewing the person in totality versus looking at a specific organ or body part. Alternative medicine addresses the person's underlying physical, emotional and spiritual well being and is a gentle approach to healing. However it is important to keep in mind that traditional western medicine has its place in acute medical care and is life saving in emergency situations. It has a place in treating medical conditions.

	Dr. Chari and Deepak Chari will guide and empower you to take charge of your own health through a variety of effective, natural modalities. The Charis' philosophy is that by treating both the physical and emotional needs of the patient, the underlying possible causes of the condition can be addressed to expedite the healing process.

	How long has Dr. Chari practiced medicine?
	Dr. Chari has been in practice for over 13 years. Her dream has always been to help people to heal themselves using natural remedies. She combines and integrates the best of her traditional medical training and background with her training and experience in alternative medicine to provide the best care to her patients.

	Where did Dr. Chari receive her training?
	Dr. Chari received her Medical Degree from the Medical College of Ohio. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University in Illinois.

	What is Deepak Chari's background?
	Deepak Chari has a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Science Degree in Engineering and is a Certified Biofeedback Specialist. Mr. Chari is also certified with the SCIO - Electro-Physiological Feeback Xrroid (known in Europe as the QXCI), Vo-CAL (Vocal Calibration) and The Vibrasound (Harmonic Resolution Therapy). Mr. Chari's dream since childhood was to incorporate Mind/Body techniques, Energetic Medicine and Natural Remedies for healing.

	Are you a provider for any Insurance company?
	The Chari Center of Health, Inc. does not accept insurance as payment for services nor does it submit claims to insurance carriers. Patients will be given an Insurance Superbill that they may submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement for services rendered at the The Chari Center. This Center does not participate in any insurance programs, both government and private. All fees are due and payable in full at the completion of each appointment. We accept cash, checks or credit cards (Mastercard and Visa).

	The number of sessions will depend on each individual's unique concerns and issues. This will vary from client to client. After the inital consultation, we will be able to better access the number of sessions required for your individual issues.

What is your Shipping Policy?

*We do our very best to ship the same day you placed your order, however, on occasion inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays and other factors may delay your shipment. UPS Delivery Days are Monday thru Friday, no Saturday delivery, and the day we ship your package does not count as a delivery day. e.g. If you place you order on Thursday, and select UPS 2 day, UPS will delivery your package on Monday.

UPS Domestic Delivery Choices:

*Ground Service, no Saturday delivery
2-Day, no Saturday delivery
3-Day, no Saturday delivery
Overnight, no Saturday delivery

International Orders

We do not accept international orders.

General UPS Shipping information:

* UPS tracking number will be provided by email for your convenience.
* We are not able to deliver to a P.O. Box address via UPS.
* Shipping charges are normally based on your package weight, destination, and distance from California.
* UPS may add a fuel surcharge in addition to their shipping charges to compensate increases in fuel costs, or to rural areas.
* Handling charges are included in our shipping charges quote, and is set to a nominal charge per package.
* Please keep your Order number so our Customer Service can better assist you.
* When checking out, all shipping charges are displayed on the "Shipping" page prior to payment.

What is your Refund Policy?

* Refunds only issued on sealed, unopened packages within 30 days from the date you received your order along with your sales receipt for a refund of the returned product. Shipping charges are not refunded and you will be responsible for the shipping fees necessary to return your product(s) to us.
